Independent Audit Organization Reports, Profit – Loss Schedules, Annual Balance Sheets of our Bank,

Under the Banking Law of the TRNC No.62/2017, Article 53 regulates; “Notification on Accounting Systems and Document Storage”. Article 17 of the notification rules the obligation of the Bank to sent these reports to the Central Bank of TRNC. Accordingly, these reports are sent to the Central Bank, are certified by an independent audit company and published in at least two local newspapers.
