Used in Turkish Banking system, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is available for money transfers to any account opened in Turkish banks or to any person. Regarding the money transfers made via EFT system, the recipient name, recipient bank name, branch name, branch code and IBAN no are required. If the recipient does not have any IBAN no, the birth date, father’s name and Turkish Republic identity number, telephone number, recipient bank name, branch name and branch code are required. Money transfers can be transacted during the office hours, however, the orders are required to be made 2 hours before the office hours ending.
