Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Meditation Seminar at Limassol Bank
March 8, International Women’s Day and other special days are important for Limassol Bank and this time the subject of women was discussed. The agenda of the seminar given by Clinical Psychologist-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapist Selen Üstüner was Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Meditation.
Women bank employees from branches and units across the island contributed to the seminar at the Limassol Bank Culture Hall.
In the seminar, Clinical Psychologist-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapist Selen Üstüner gave information to the bank employees about how people manage their emotions and explained the details about alternative thinking methods. In addition, the importance of self-compassion was underlined, meditation suggestions were made and meditation techniques were demonstrated to the participants in practice.
The seminar ended with a photo session and plaque presentation.
