Limasol Bankası Visits Demokrasi Secondary School after the Semester Break
Limasol Türk Kooperatif Bankası carries on to bring Audiobook Project to Primary and Special Education as it was gifted to the children. Limasol Türk Kooperatif Bankası team has been paying visits to schools for meeting with teachers and students to announce how the audiobooks can be reached free of charge.
The first visit after the semester break on February, the first visit was paid to Demokrasi Secondary School in Lefkoşa. In its statement, Limasol Türk Kooperatif Bankası highlighted that the project was actualised by the participation of Suzan Polat, Hatice Tezcan, Derya Atamer, Ayşen Dağlı, İzel Seylani, Asu Demircioğlu, Cem Aykut, Ersen Sururi, Çağıl İşgüzar and reminded that the project includes local Cypriot stories and tales. Statements also highlighted that the aim of this Project is to infuse children with love of books, habits for listening and development of concentration skills.
Demokrasi Secondary School Headmaster Emine Garanti thanked to Limasol Türk Kooperatif Bankası for Audiobook Project and stated “It is very important that such valuable and precious tales are immortalised with such great effort. I would like to take everyone who participated.”
Started from Güzelyurt Barış and Güzelyurt Özgürlük Primary School in April 2022, visits continued with Şehit İlker Karter Primary School, Lucky Duck Learning Center, Gazi Mağusa Municipality Kindergarten and Nursery, EMAA Art Center, Değirmenlik Primary School, Şehit Mehmet Eray Primary School, Cihangir Düzova Primary School, Balıkesir Meriç Merkez Primary School, Eşref Bitlis Primary School, Esentepe Primary School, Mini Adımlar Preschool and Nursery, Şehit Yalçın Primary School, Beyarmudu Primary School, Çağlayan Cumhuriyet Primary School, Dikmen Primary School, Alsancak Primary School, Altın Elma Preschool Education Center, Mormenekşe Primary School, Yeniboğaziçi Primary School, Girne Special Education and Business Education School, Lefkoşa KTEV Kindergarten Pile Türk Primary School and Alayköy Primary School.
