The agenda of the seminar given by Clinical Psychologist-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapist Selen \u00dcst\u00fcner was Emotion Regulation, Self-Compassion and Meditation.<\/p>\n<p>Women bank employees from branches and units across the island contributed to the seminar at the Limassol Bank Culture Hall.<br \/>\nIn the seminar, Clinical Psychologist-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapist Selen \u00dcst\u00fcner gave information to the bank employees about how people manage their emotions and explained the details about alternative thinking methods.
